On the plus side, rolled up something out of nothing tonight for dinner alone at home. I made rigatoni with chicken breast, mixed veggies, in creme sauce with some Smirnoff vodka mixed in too! Couldn't really taste the vodka, but oh well. And obviously, I made too much for myself for one sitting...sigh. Bon appetit!
